About Us

AB Sports Performance differs from your average, run-of-the-mill personal training experience because we cater to the individual. We start out by assessing where you currently are at: your strengths, your weaknesses, and your goals. Then, we create a plan to help you play to your strengths, overcome your weaknesses, and achieve your goals. Just as no two clients are alike, no two nutrition programs, training programs, or training sessions will be exactly the same.

Fitness programs built ​for every level

Beginner

A beginner program is the perfect choice for you if you have had physical injuries, no prior instruction, or no workout experience in the last 5 years. For example, you have knee pain when performing everyday activities, or you played sports in high school 10+ years ago.

Intermediate

An intermediate program is great for someone who might be currently working out regularly themselves at the gym and has basic movements such as a hip hinge and squat down with good form. For example, you have experience training but do not have the knowledge to put together a workout independently.

Advanced

The advanced program is for someone who has had prior training or who has played sports at a competitive level. You might have the knowledge to put together a workout independently, but need help coming up with a workout program to perform optimally at a competitive level. For example, you played college sports or are otherwise a competitive athlete.
