- Movement Discovery (Crawl, Squat, Jump, etc.)
- Mobility and Flexibility Training (PNF Stretching, Breathing and Dynamic Flexibility)
Ages 13-16
- Mobility and Flexibility Training (PNF Stretching, Breathing and Dynamic Flexibility)
- Speed and Power (Sprint Mechanics, Med Ball Throws, Accelerations and Change of Direction)
